How is Imperia Caviar shipped to ensure freshness?
We ship our caviar in custom-designed thermal packaging with frozen gel packs via overnight delivery to ensure it maintains the perfect temperature from our facility to your doorstep.
How long does the caviar stay fresh after delivery?
Unopened tins can be stored in the coldest part of your refrigerator for up to 4-6 weeks. Once opened, we recommend consuming the caviar within 24 to 48 hours for the best flavor profile.
What is the best way to serve and store my caviar?
Caviar should be kept refrigerated between 28°F and 34°F. Serve it chilled, ideally on a bed of crushed ice, using a mother-of-pearl spoon to avoid oxidation and preserve the delicate taste.
Do you offer international shipping?
Due to strict CITES regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we currently only offer shipping within the United States.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
